Founded in 2010, Accessible Translation Solutions (ATS) services all fifty U.S. states and several countries throughout the world. Our team of linguists provides exceptional services to our clients in many fields, specializing primarily in medical, life science, legal, technical, marketing, business translation and interpreting in over 100 languages. With project managers throughout the U.S., we have been privileged to support our clients in various regions and give a more personalized touch to the services we provide.
As a leader in the language services industry, ATS continues to enhance client experiences with document and web translation and on-site and telephonic interpreting. ATS assists clients in rendering messages seamlessly with highly qualified, experienced and specialized translators and interpreters. In addition to these services, we also offer desktop publishing (DTP) and localization.
Meet Our Team
Madalena Sánchez Zampaulo
Owner and Chief Executive Officer, Madalena Sánchez Zampaulo’s background in the industry as a translator, interpreter and project manager, has allowed her to lead the company to become a successful and leading business in its areas of specialization. Growing up in a multilingual household and continuing to study languages throughout her academic career, she has had the opportunity to travel and work outside the United States on several occasions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of Louisville. Madalena often presents at the American Translators Association (ATA) annual conference and is a frequent contributor to industry-specific publications. She recently completed two terms as the Medical Division Administrator for ATA and is currently serving on the Board of Directors and as Chair of ATA's Public Relations Committee. Madalena has served as a mentor for the Latina Mentoring Program in Columbus, Ohio, and she is currently a consultant for the University of Louisville Graduate Certificate in Translation.
Marvella Duarte Coon
Project + Vendor Manager
Translation Project Manager, Marvella Duarte Coon’s previous work as a Project Manager in Implementation Services at JP Morgan Chase and in Customer Relations and Sales Support at Nationwide Insurance Headquarters allows her to bring great value to Accessible Translation Solutions. A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Marvella holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resources from The Catholic Andrés Bello University, a Masters degree of Business Administration from The University of Findlay and a Masters degree in Project Management from The George Washington University.
Translation Project Manager
Project Manager, Stephanie Lockman, brings six years of program management experience from her work at ACCENT Marketing to ATS. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Louisville (UofL). She also earned her Master’s degree in Spanish from UofL with a Graduate Certificate in Translation. Stephanie has traveled outside of the United States several times to help continue her education as well. For the past ten years, Stephanie has often volunteered at the William S. Culbertson Mansion in New Albany, IN to help raise money for the restoration of the historic mansion.
