Meet Our Team
Madalena Sánchez Zampaulo,
Owner and Chief Executive Officer, Madalena Sánchez Zampaulo’s background as a translator, interpreter and project manager has allowed her to lead Accessible Translation Solutions (ATS) to be a visionary company that provides growth strategies beyond simply translating and interpreting clients' words. Growing up in a multilingual household and continuing to study languages throughout her academic career, she has had the opportunity to travel and work outside the United States on several occasions. she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from the University of Southern Mississippi (USM) and a Master of Arts Degree in Spanish with an emphasis in Linguistics from the University of Louisville (UofL). Madalena is currently serving her second term as a Director on the Board of the American Translators Association (ATA), and she is Chair of ATA's Public Relations Committee. She is also a consultant for the UofL Graduate Certificate in Translation.
Translation Project Manager
Translation Project Manager, Stephanie Lockman, brings six years of program management experience from her work at ACCENT Marketing to ATS. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Louisville (UofL). She also earned her Master’s degree in Spanish from UofL with a Graduate Certificate in Translation. Stephanie has traveled outside of the United States several times to help continue her education as well. For the past ten years, Stephanie has often volunteered at the William S. Culbertson Mansion in New Albany, IN to help raise money for the restoration of the historic mansion.
Digital Marketing Advisor
Digital Marketing Advisor, Joe Kutchera develops and implements digital and social marketing strategies, sometimes with a focus on market entry into Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market. Some of his recent projects include strategies for The Valentine Museum, the BBC, Flipboard, AgroAmerica, Health Net, Constru-Guia, Mattel and Dennis Publishing. Joe's specialties include writing and executing marketing plans, social media content strategy and analytics, blogger and celebrity and influencer relations, Hispanic/Multicultural marketing, interactive advertising, search engine optimization and marketing and mobile marketing. He has been featured on Advertising Age, BBC Mundo, CNN en español, CNNExpansión and Telemundo. Marvella Duarte Coon,
Project and Vendor Manager, Marvella Duarte Coon’s previous work as a Project Manager in Implementation Services at JP Morgan Chase and in Customer Relations and Sales Support at Nationwide Insurance Headquarters allows her to bring great value to Accessible Translation Solutions. A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Marvella holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resources from The Catholic Andrés Bello University, a Master's degree of Business Administration from The University of Findlay and a Master's degree in Project Management from The George Washington University.
Administrative Assistant, Alissa Berzak, brings over 10 years of experience in customer service, management, and marketing to the ATS Team. Alissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Pratt Institute. She believes that no job is worth doing unless it’s completed and done to the best of her ability. This belief has helped her excel for over a decade in her previous employment. She has worn many hats and proven that she is an ambitious problem-solver, adept at thinking outside the box. Alissa will go above and beyond to get the job done and can help contribute invaluably to any ATS client project.
